This office is actually a part of the Community Services Agency of the County of Orange. The successful candidate in this election will serve a four year term as Public Administrator and receive concurrent Orange County Board of Supervisors appointments as Public Guardian and Director of Community Services. The Orange County Community Services Agency has over 200 employees with a budget exceeding $40 million. 78% of the agency's budget consists of a mix of federal and local funds with the rest coming from other sources, including County General Funds.
